From November 2015 Warrior Square Surgery will be offering the Electronic Prescribing Service.

All non-dispensed patients will be able to nominate a pharmacy whereby we will be able to deliver your prescription electronically to this pharmacy.

Please speak to your pharmacy who can arrange this service for you.

In most cases, the prescription will be delivered electronically to the designated pharmacy within 72 hours after being received AT the surgery.

If your prescription is not at the pharmacy after this time, this could be because the prescription has been rejected by the Clinician (for example: if you have requested your prescription too early).

Unfortunately, the surgery cannot contact each patient that has a rejection individually and it would be the patient's responsibility to re-request their prescription nearer the due date.

We would ask patients if they could refrain from contacting the surgery to ask if their prescription is ready for collection, this is blocking already extremely busy phone lines.

Thank you for your co-operation.
